I'm not sure if insurance covers it but if they don't does anyone know about how much it cost to get an abortion at planned parenthood in the US?

Pending how far along you are, it can range from like $300-$1000, and if you're taking the pill or doing the procedure. One of my girlfriends had one done and the insurance didn't cover it.

No absolutely will not do it for free. Can be expensive and insurance does not cover unless it is medically necessary I believe. When I had mine I was 6 weeks and was 800 dollars and that was for the pill.
