Bug bite ?

I have no clue what bit me I checked for bed bugs and we don't have any it's on my arm like kinda armpit level it's very small circle and has a white rough middle it itches only no pain

Seems like a bed bug bite. 
Even though you didn't see the bed bugs with your eyes they are really good at hiding. 
My so had them at his grandmas house and they always bit me when I was over there but they kept saying I was crazy and that they didn't have any even tore the bed apart but eventually I proved them wrong
