Sub sandwich

Had my first real hunger for food since I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks 3 days. I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow. And I went 30 miles away just to get me a sub sandwich from a sub factory. I was so excited for actually eating I didn't think of how it was a cold sub and that's a no no isn't it? 😔 It had turkey, ham and salami. I ate one and a half sandwich. The most I've eaten while not feeling sick afterwards but now I'm worried. Do any of y'all eat cold sandwiches and your dr say it's fine?
