Ok ladies, I've had sharp pain in my lower right stomach. It hurts to bend over sometimes, when I move a certain way and  when I go from sitting to standing the pain is so sharp the only way I can fully stand up straight is if I go slow. I thought it was ligament pain but it's been off and on for 4 days In the same spot. I'm not sure if this is normal or If maybe I pulled a muscle down there? Have any of you experienced this before?
