Questions - so nervous UPDATE!

Just found out I'm pregnant after 1.5 years of trying and my third round of letrozole.

I found out at 10/11dpo and had my first beta draw today at 13/14 dpo. I'll be 4 weeks tomorrow. Number was 148. Nurse said it was good.

Also - my doctor doesn't want to see me again until next Wednesday (I should be exactly 5 weeks). He will draw more blood and do an ultrasound.

I've being POAS like a mad woman and the line has been getting slightly darker and I had a positive digital today.

My resting heart is also at 84 today. My normal (not pregnant) rhr is 68.

I've been having cramps and spotting and a touch of nausea today. No other symptoms. Honestly if I didn't get a positive test I would think my period is coming.

I haven't told my hubby yet though. I'm so so scared to lose this baby (we've had a cp and a missed miscarriage before). I want to be excited and happy but I'm having a hard time.

Couple of questions:

What do you think of my hcg number? Should it be higher?

Do you think waiting 8 days to draw blood is odd?

When did you tell your significant other??
