With my first I had an emergency c-section at 12:05 am and was in recovery for a while. I returned to the room at 3 am and breastfed my baby then and was able to successfully breastfed her for 2 years. This time I will be getting to the hospital at 6 am and having a scheduled C-section.. How soon after the c-section will I be able to breastfed? When I return from recovery? I should get back a lot sooner this time.
