Has birth control helped your cramps?

I have the worst and when I say the worst, I mean THE WORST period cramps ever. I have to deal with it every month on the first day of my period and they last hours too. It comes to the point where I can't even walk because I'm so nauseous. Has BC helped you guys with cramps? Any tips on reliving bad menstrual cramps?

Yes birth control helped my cramps. I was the dizzy, vomiting in such pain cramps and on the pill. It was more just discomfort, and lighter, shorter periods.

Birth control has helped my cramps immensely! What I used to do for cramps is Pamprin Extra Strength (Midol wouldn't work for me.), eat lots of bananas, and take baths.
