Does cetaphil work?

Hey I've been breaking out lately and just got some cetaphil products has anybody used it before and does it work well? 🤔

I use Cetaphil and I really like it, but it can be a little drying. Still, great everyday cleanser.

When I have PMS and get a little broken out, I have to switch to something with benzoyl peroxide in it. That and whip out the clairsonic.

I use cetaphil + burts bees facial moisturizer afterwards and it's the only thing that works for my skin which is combination dry/oily

I had horrible cystic acne and it is the only thing that has helped
