Husband face times me with friends so I don't get mad

My husband gets off work at 5. We have two kids under two. I made dinner tonight in anticipation of him coming home (even though he's ALWAYS late). He's been coming home late 4 out of the 5 days he works, like significantly not just a little bit. It gets to 730pm and he still isn't home (hadn't called or sent a text or anything) so I text him asking if he's going to be much longer since our almost two year old wants to see him before he goes to bed. He then FACETIMES ME and when I answer he tells me he's with a huge group of his friends having some beers and he won't be home got a while. I'm so mad hit obviously don't say anything because he's with his friends. So I had to explain to my almost two year old that daddy won't be home til late and he cried while I put him to bed. Then I also had to put my 6 month old to bed alone too. Am I wrong to be mad? I feel like him FaceTimeing me with all his friends around was a way for him to not have to deal with having a conversation with me because he knew I would say nothing if they were there. He's like a 6 year old. Would you be mad?
