Changed mind after taking the pill!

Hey!

I'm on Juliet BC, I wanted to get my period so I've been taking the sugar pill for the past 4 days however I now changed my mind and took the actual working pill. Just wondering what the chances of me still getting a period are and if it's ok just to pick up the Juliet pill at any day?

Before you say it, yes I am going to consult my doctor tomorrow.
