Service Dogs.

So, right now, my husband and I live with my parents until we get back on our feet. Obviously, we want to move out but the places we can afford don't allow pets unless they are service pets. Would it be decietful of us to register our dogs as service dogs? They would be emotional support service dogs. I have bad anxiety. I was even taking medicine for it before I got pregnant.
