I'm 3 days late, I took a home pregnancy test and came back negative! Iam having light spotting and cramps no other symptoms! Help Please?

It's best to wait at least a week after a missed period unless you have one of the early result PT. Try again in a few days but use first morning urine because it will have the most concentrated amount of hcg.

Did you take both tests? I'd wait a few more days and than test again if you haven't started your period.
