being pregnant while taking care of an infant?

So I am only 9 weeks pregnant but I currently have an 8 month old son. And let me tell you, I never thought it'd be this difficult being pregnant and caring for someone who can't do anything on there own. Plus, my son is spoiled by his grandparents and aunts so he cries unless I'm holding or playing with him. I've been trying to teach him some sort of independence, so it won't be so hard when the new baby comes but I am absolutely EXHAUSTED. I work 1-9pm sometimes 10am-5pm, my son wakes up everyday around 7/8am wanting to play. If I put him in his own crib he screams when he wakes up, but when we cosleep he just crawls all over me laughing in the am. He doesn't go back to sleep till nearly 12pm and at that point I'm getting ready to take him to the baby sitter and then head to work... I am beyoooonnnddd exhausted. And idk if he'll be ready by time the new baby gets here because I don't know how to ween him 😫. Any advice?
