Do you wear jewellery in the shower?

I used to have a gold cross that I rarely took off, and even wore it in the shower and whilst swimming. I recently lost that, and I was so torn up about it, that my dad got me a new rose gold one on his recent work trip to Russia.

I never wear my gold/silver rings or my pandora in the shower, and I'm wondering if it's safe to take this new necklace into the shower/pool or should I take it off? I just got it today and it's a bit tricky to work the clasp.

I wear everything but my engagement ring in the shower. That's  only because it's loose on me and I know it'll find its way in the drain lol

I wear real jewelry in the shower but never fashion jewelry bc it'll turn faster. If it's loose, I take it off bc jewelry just loves to explore drains

But I always take my wedding rings off before going in the shower or anything else that will get them wet or dirty.

Certain clasps that have springs can break easier, along with the type of chain.  I would  probably shower/sleep with it.  But take it off for pool and beach  just  in case.  I dont remove my earrings  ever, but the backs are screw  on.

The pool has chlorine in it which eats at the jewelry while you have it in there! Especially anywhere the jewelry is melted together like around the clasp!

I wear all my rings in the shower, very expensive silver and rose gold ones. I also wear my necklace in the shower which again is silver and expensive. Nothing has happened to them at all!
