Overwhelmed by breast pump choices!

So I got my phone call from Aeroflow today that I am 100% covered by insurance for my breast pump. My insurance does require that they wait until 1 month before my due date to ship it out though so I will get a call back on April 28th to confirm my choice. Now I'm feeling super overwhelmed my choosing one when there are so many options! I thought at first that I just wanted to go with Medela because I was already given some Medela bottles, but I also like a lot of Lansinoh products. The Spectra has a 2 year warranty on the motor where the others only have a 1 year so that it also something to consider as I would like to breast feed up to 18 months if possible.
