Any Bipolar Women not have a sex drive??

I was diagnosed bipolar a few years ago but I'm afraid to take the medication for fear of gaining weight. I currently and haven't had a sex drive in a long time. Is there anything I can do for this? Medication advice?

I've heard Topamax works well and it makes you lose weight and increases sex drive in some women. I've heard it's hard to be subscribed it though.

My husband is bi polar and won't take medicine and when he is in down part of it ... not really depressed but not in mania .. he has no sex drive at all ... maybe it's that and not the medication. Are there medications out there to increase women's sex drive like men have ? Maybe that would help if there is.

Hey I'm bipolar to 👋🏻! 
My sex drive is high when manic (hypersexuality) but definitely went when my meds started 😭 best bet is to talk to your doctor/psychiatrist about it so they can choose the right one for you, meds are a horrible guessing game at first though! 
None of us are medically trained so we can't really give you the best advice unfortunately
