Is anyone a nutritionist or done a lot of research for protein powders safe for preg women/etc..

Moriah
Hey!
I am not preggo. But I want to get a protein powder that is safe for pregnant & nursing women for whenever in the future (not trying), I just don't want to love my powder & have to switch whenever that time comes.
Please don't rant to me that I need to talk to a doctor, because I know, I just don't have the option to right now, and my "episodes" are getting worse with me not having a protein powder (mine is almost gone). 👈🏼 Anemia & Hypoglycemica.  I just want to have a few new options. I WILL consult a doctor for sure in the future about this and/or the SECOND if/when those two lines pop up on a stick. But please help me find one now! :)
Or tell me yours that your doc/nutritionist gave you the OK that it's safe for pregnant or nursing women.

Ideal fit has a pack where you get protein and a few other things including BCAA but idk if I should take it separately (the protein powder I have rn already has some in it)
Idk if I can get enough probiotics from foods cause I really don't want to take a pill. But I could break it up and put in food if I needed to. I eat yogurt already.
P.S, I'm a vegetarian
