Help on work out routines (I'm injured)

Hey everyone! 😊

So I'm looking for some good routines or exercises for me. I broke my ankle, and had multiple surgeries from it. I use assistance to walk with, but I wanna get back in the gym! I have all the medical clearing, I'm told if it hurts just don't do it. My break is healed and so is the surgery, I am just weak. So, like I said, I'm just looking for all types of exercises to work all my body parts. The only things I cannot do is run or squat.
