Morning Sickness/Nausea

Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing nausea this early? This is my 3rd pregnancy but with my first two I didn't get any of these symptoms...my back is already hurting and feeling heavier if that makes any sense...my breast are hurting and itching...Please anyone willing to tell me their story or symptoms is greatly appreciated.
