Who knows the miracles of coconut oil?

So I gotta tell you this.. I had a terrible yeast infection. I Called my doctor and said I had to wait two weeks for an appt... I looked online and found out how to use coconut oil. Immediately I noticed huge relief.. after like two day it was completely gone!!!! I have been in love ever since.. I use it in my coffee and tea , on toast and everything I can think of!!!

Started using coconut oil to cleanse my face instead of face wash 
I've suffered from acne all my life ... decided to give this a try

Since I've used it I haven't had a break out since , and I look more youthful

Don't use it on your skin! It's comedogenic, therefore will clog your pores and cause breakouts and skin damage. It's not as healthy as Pinterest makes it out to be. In fact, it's actually just very cheap to produce. I used to be crazy about coconut oil, too! Then I started working estheticians and learned the truth!

I bathe with it, I use it all over my skin after, I feed it to my dogs in there food, helps make them shine.. we cook with it of course.. sex as well.. I'd give it an A+ 😉

Mostly hipe, according to Discovery. Real olive oil is the superior oil for humans to use topically or consume.

Though it does work as a good base for balms and sex lubricant.

Coconut oil is the best. Its the only moisturizer we use. I also put it in coffee and saute veggies and other things.

Spread some oil on your vaginal area. It'll help with the itch. If it g to real bad , don wait go into an urgent care and get on meds. I had one that I put off taking care of for a few weeks that lasted a freaking month (3 mess over that time) . That wasn't fun!! Vagisil, coconut oil and mess helped me survive.
