symptoms of pregnancy?

Ok so my boobs have been feeling fuller and my nips are darker and more sensitive. AF was supposed to arrive yesterday or today. My pants are a little tighter than normally. After sex this morning I noticed a light pink blob on toilet paper. A few mins later I noticed light pink blood. It wasn't dark red like AF. There was only a few scants of light pinkish blood and then it was gone. I'm feeling crampy in abdomen area. It doesn't feel like AF cramps. My cervix is softer. More CM than normally. Wondering if I should take a PT now or wait until tomorrow or the weekend? My last pregnancy I never had the light pink discharge. Ended up having a molar pregnancy in September. So I'm hoping this could be our rainbow baby. Just scared to test again and get a BFN.
