nipples!!

I've been having terrible nipple soreness for a few days now..  I stopped my birth control last month, and have been very sexually active. My boobs are normally the only thing that hurt when I'm about to start my period, never my nipples.. Should I take a test? I shouldn't even be starting my period for another almost two weeks
