Ovulation and working out?
Hi ladies!
In the last month I have started to go to gym with a personal trainer hoping it will help me to concieve since Ive tried everything else during the last years.
My period and ovulation were on the day before but now my ovulation is late. I use test strips and its not even a hint of the surge!
Whats happening? Im very worried now.. I usually get plus on ovulation strip on 14th day exactly and today is 17th and nothing.. Anyone has any advice? Is this normal? Im 33 years old and never had a baby 😐
