possible symptoms of pregnancy

I've been TTC for about a year now and have many disappointing months of thinking I'll get that BFP but never happens. Every month I'll get cramping and breast tenderness a couple days before my period and sometime longer before. Seems like no month is the same. Right now I'm 10 DPO and expecting my period on the 17th but for the past week or so I have had my breast tenderness and cramping a little more than normal and just wanted to hear some for sure pregnancy symptoms you had before you got your BFP. Thanks!!!
