Doesn't look like it. Allergies can cause throat pain that can feel like strep. I've had strep 10+ times so unfortunately I know all to well when it's come on. Last time I thought I had it and it was simply allergies causing severe throat pain.

You should go see a doctor, they'll need to do a strep test to know for sure. If you're still running fever after a couple days, whatever you've been taking so far doesn't seem to be working so it's time to find something that does.

It doesn't look like strep, you'd have weird white/yellow stuff in there and more swelling. Does throat spray help?

Don't think so, but I am no doctor. Gargle wirth salt water. Hawaiian salt if you csn find it, but any salt will do. It will hurt like a mofo probably but it will bring some relif.

Also try eating marshmallows
