Labor??

So earlier this morning I was having contractions that were about 10 minutes apart but then they stopped after the third one and I've been fine most of the day until just now I have some lower back pain and diarrhea. Just a fluke day? I was told not to go to L&D unless Im having more than 6 contractions an hour and my hospital is an hour away
