Sorry for the picture.. I've had this for about 3-4 days. Small whitehead bumps. NOT ACNE!!! I've used Benadryl, ointments, aloe Vera.. nothing is clearing it up.. I'm not sure what caused it. No changes in soaps or laundry detergents. I did take Prednisone for a few days...

Seems like your allergic to something. My husband has spots like this after the shower. I always recommend putting some anti itch cream and it usually helps.

I always say his allergic to the dry sheets. He denies it but has the same reaction

I'm not a doctor and I cannot diagnose. Go to a dermatologist. My mom gets something like this in the exact spot every time and for her, it's a type of fungi that grows on her skin every blue moon. She would treat it by washing with Head and Shoulders, as directed by her doctor.

It looks sort of like heat rash… Have you tried hydrocortisone cream? If that doesn't work, try an eczema cream. The other thing is, if you've been sick recently, it could be viral and then you just have to wait for it to clear out of your system. One last thought, gluten intolerance? Or other food allergy? If nothing helps and it begins to get worse within this next week, see your doctor.

It could be eczema. Sometimes it's allergy related and sometimes it's not. Try something like zyrtec or cetrizine (generic and cheaper) 1 a day so no scratching, moisturize, and hopefully will clear up.

Even if you're not allergic to something, you can develop one even in adulthood. Could be touch related or even food.

Try washing with Shea moisture African black soap eczema and psoriasis therapy and lotion.  It's cleared up any rash or breakouts I've ever had including my moms and Bestfriend's as well. It works really well. It's organic too.
