Vag Pimple

Not really sure where to post this but I need help!! My vag was perfectly fine, I've been showering normally, maybe even a little more since it's getting hotter and I sweat pretty bad. Out of nowhere this HUGE pimple popped up on my vag I've been trying to keep it clean and I held a warm wet wash cloth on it to maybe soften it and help it pop or go away and it didn't help. It hurts so freaking bad, I can barely sit down. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I can do to make it go away faster? It's been hurting so bad for going on the 3rd day now! I thought it would have felt a little better by now but it doesn't. Thank you for any responses!
