TTC after birth control pill

Hello :) I am 23 turning 24 in may. My fiancé and I are ready for a baby. My number thing I wanted in my life was a child. I can't express how long I waited for one but I wanted to make sure I was financially stable and settled with my fiancé. We both feel like the time is right. I've been on birth control pills since I was 18 (so almost 6 years). I finished my last pack at the end of January and still waiting for my BFP. Does anyone have any tips for me? I'm just very impatient and I would like to be pregnant. I see so many friends and some family of mine enjoying pregnancy and I feel like I'll never see the day. I know it can take time after the pill but I've been tracking my ovulation and I get positive results. I'm just scared that it won't happen for me.
