When it says prenatal vitamins which does it actually mean as there are SO many

I got the ones from my pharmacy at kaiser they are the nature blend ones

Any ones that say prenatal. You're looking to make sure they have 800mcg of folic acid and the recommended 200mg of DHA although I've found most prenatal only have 50mg. I take one a day prenatals and they have 200mg.
