Ovulation tests will help you learn when you ovulate so you can have sex before you normally ovulate which increases your chance of conceiving. If you're having sex every other day or so, you'll end up having sex during your fertile window anyways. If not, OPKs can help narrow down when is the best time to have sex.
Prenatal vitamins won't help you conceive, but they will help ensure you aren't deficit in any of the necessary vitamins if you do become pregnant. This is especially helpful if you have any dietary restrictions, but taking prenatal vitamins before you begin TTC is helpful regardless.
It can help to go see a fertility doctor if you continue to have problems conceiving.
