Brazilian Wax with pregnancy discharge?

When I could no longer see my pubic hair, I started blindly using a trimmer to keep it from getting too out of control, but today in the shower, by belly was so big, I couldn't even reach around it to angle the trimmer correctly! I want to get a Brazilian wax, but I am so embarrassed by the extra discharge that comes along with pregnancy. Has anyone else worried about this? If a bunch of discharge comes out right before, or during a wax, am I going to be judged, or am I just over thinking it? Do experienced estheticans usually understand that increased discharge is an issue for pregnant women, or will they be grossed out and gossip about it when I leave?
