I used both as directed for labor and dilation. Went 42 weeks NO DILATION and my labor was 30 hours and painful.

I believe the evening primrose oil should help with the softening of the cervix. My midwife brought it up today and I will start taking it from today and on. The tea is supposed to be red raspberry leaf tea. That's different from the tea I believe you have. It looks like that's just regular raspberry tea and the tea you need doesn't actually taste or smell like raspberries it's the leaf that helps tone the uterus and prepare for labor. That you can get either at a GNC type store or BRU or online. I hope that was helpful. I have been drinking red raspberry leaf tea since 35 weeks (36w5d today) every day two cups a day and will be upping it to 3 soon.

The oil pills may help you, but that's the wrong tea. It needs to be red raspberry leaf tea. Regular raspberry tea won't do anything. :/ The raspberry leaf tea is a little pricey, also.
