How long after MC did you get a normal period?

Hi all. Miscarried about a week ago and things are getting back to normal now. I'm hoping my cycle regulates quickly so we can get back on the horse, here...just wondering what you ladies experienced. My CM is dry like I'm about to get my period, but Glow says it's 10 days away so I'm not sure!

I'm three and a half weeks post natural MC and my HCG levels aren't even at zero yet. I've heard it usually takes between 4-7 weeks to get your period. It's frustrating! But I guess it's different for everyone. Good luck to you and I'm so sorry for your loss. You're not alone.

I'm so sorry for your loss! I miscarried almost three weeks ago (this coming Sunday) and my doctor told me that it was ok to try again, as soon as we were mentally ready. We've decided to just keep trying! AF is supposed to be here April 22nd, supposedly, so we'll see.

I didn't get my period until 5.5 weeks after my miscarriage. I feel like I had a normal cycle. We didn't wait to start trying, but af came anyways. Here's to a successful April 🙏🏻🍻

Thank you for your post. I am going through the same thing right now and my husband and I want to try again soon.

My doctor told us he recommends waiting till I have at least one period that feels regular to me (as in more then just a light period or spotting).. he said it is the sign that my body is back on track, especially because I always had regular cycles before.

He did say it is not a hard rule, and that many successful pregnancies have come directly following a miscarriage, it is just something he recommends to note the body is responding regularly

Even though you haven't gotten a period yet you can still ovulate! I've had 3 d&c and took 45 days each to get my period back.
