Tell her to watch her sugar intake , to take metformin , folic acid , no caffeine (at least limit yourself ) my doctor told me to it have a lot of red meats , bread pasta and watch my natural sugar intake as well ( fruits). If she has a regular period that's a plus . She needs to tell her doctor she has been trying for a year so they can prescribe her clomid or provera. Hope this helps.
