Registry for first baby. New mom. Help!

Could everyone post a pick of their number one item that was a must have as a new mom. And the price and reason why?

Suggestions on bottles(are nuk best?), sleepers/cribs/bassinets/pack play(which is best for being able to keep baby in the same room), nipple creams(was told coconut oil?), rockers(heard mamaroo is great?), diapers(so many idk), breast pumps(spectra s2?), diaper genie(which model?)

I have so many questions and I'm sure there are plenty of things I need that I haven't even considered.
