my body is so confusing 🙄

So I'm on CD 22 and the past 2 days I have been spotting. TMI but yesterday it was brownish red and today it was light pink.. I'm not sure what my body is doing but I'm so confused.. and it's not all day either both times I've noticed it, it was around 2pm and I didn't see anymore throughout the day.. any ideas on what's going on??
