I'm tired of him never picking up his things, he always says he's going to do it and never does..If your boyfriend said this to you blaming it on your birth control what would you do?

My boyfriend actually respects me so this wouldnt happen. 1. He doesnt want kids right now and he never tells me what to do with my body. He respects that its my body and my choice. 2. If im hormonal, he knows im suffering and tries to be as acommodating even when he is upset too. When im upset hes not trying to make things worse between us bc he knows that kind of behavior doesnt actially fix problems. Hes the kind of guy that tries to fix problems not exacerbate them. Our relationship and being together is more important than small issues like picking things up
Its one thing for you to react a certain way about a continuing problem because you are hormonal. Its another for him not to respect you. Picking things up shouldnt be a big deal and its not like you are looking for him to do anything special. 
Ive never dated a guy that straight up told me to stop a certain birth control bc he didnt like how i acted. The only time theyve said anything is when im suffering and they see that i am and are concerned and i want his opinion on it.

If I was you I'd be super petty about this. If it were my boyfriend. I'd stop cleaning up after him. Get a basket or a garbage bag or something and every time he leaves something of his around the house, into the basket/bag it goes. 
I wouldn't do his washing. Wouldn't cook for him. Clean up after him or anything. I'd pick his crap up and drop it in the bag. 
My boyfriend doesn't live with me (I'm still living at home at the moment), but I do his washing every week. And he stays over quite a bit, for a while he wouldn't get his washing ready for me to do, just putting his dirty clothes in the laundry, and I would have to go searching all over the house for his stuff. Well, one week I decided that I wasn't go to search for his clothes, (I'd asked him 3 times to bring them to the laundry, and he'd said every time he would do it straight away), so I just didn't wash his clothes. He didn't have clean clothes to wear to a 21st, and got upset at me for it. I pretty much said to him, "why should I clean up after you when you can't even respect me enough to bring me your clothes for the washing." 
That was about 6 months ago. His washing is in the laundry ready for me every week now.
