The past 2 times my baby has pooped it's been like this, she's been eating vegetable once a day, how do I fix this?

I gave my baby prune puree with apples. He had a turd that was hard as a rock last night. Today he had another one then after prunes he pooped normally.

Poop comes in all colors and consistency and smells. Its baby getting used to digestion. All is normal.

I heard pears and peaches can help also. Im going out to buy some tomorrow as my LO who usually poops 3-4 times a day (has never missed one day) hasn't pooped in 2 days.

Also avoid bananas for now, if you can, offer avocado. :) hope that helps. We've got the same issue
