When did your period return?

So I stopped breastfeeding about a month ago and my period is still not back.  I haven't had any bleeding since immediately after I gave birth.  Anyone have any insight into when it usually comes back after weaning?

Mine came after one month of stopping bf. Was hoping it would take longer since didn't miss having one at all haha

Still breastfeeding but my supply has decreased due to me no longer pumping at work. I thought it would come back now but no go, I also got an iud in November so know  I'm not pregnant.

8.5 months. Still nursing, but only about 4x a day now bc she is eating more solids and sleeping longer. It lasted 9 days and then a few days ago I started my 2nd cycle. I have PCOS and it was a 49 day cycle.

I'm still breastfeeding around the clock, but I've had 2 periods. One at the end of February and one about a week ago. Feeling cheated!

Same! I am only breastfeeding in the am and middle of the night, rest is breast milk from my frozen supply. My supply dropped and I thought for sure I'd have it back, but nothing yet

I think it's different for everyone but I remember by doctor telling me it usually comes back if you consistently go 4 hours or more without breastfeeding. Mine came back about 2 months ago when my son started consistently sleeping all night (though he is now back to waking up)

Breastfeeding every 2 hours from 6am until 9 pm, period returned last month.
