is my baby too big?!

So I went for my 30 week ultrasound today and the Dr told me my baby weighs 3pounds 9ounces. He said that's normal weight for my baby I thought it was too high considering I still have 10 weeks to go! when I went home and did some searching around  all my results have lead to my baby being "too big" I'm so worried bc I've been eating right and exercising daily... I dot wanna have a huge baby

Sometimes big babies just happen even if you exercise and eat right. My mom barely weighed 100 pounds and had a 8, 9, then a 10 pound baby. You'll be fine

While your digging do research on the evidence of care for a big baby. Big babies aren't a reason for more intervention. Ultrasound weights are very unreliable and ultrasounds in later pregnancy are linked to higher csection rates. Your body makes the perfect baby just for you.

Babies come in all sizes. My mom never had a baby bigger than 6 lbs and I pushed a 9 pounder out with no complications.

Yeah I wouldn't worry to much at my 36 week ultrasound baby weighed 7.8 lbs and when I had her at 40 weeks she weighed 7.4lbs. So it was off

Ultrasounds can be WAY off. Up to 2 lbs. I believe. I was told my daughter was over 7 lbs around 36 weeks I think and I was induced ~41 weeks & she was only 6 lbs. 5 oz. Don't worry 😉
