I am currently on a new birth control that I have done for 2 months now. Up until a few days ago, my period cycle was 55 days, 23 longer than normal. Even though I am on birth control, I still have sex WITH condoms, my boyfriend and I are very safe as we are both 17. On Wednesday I thought I started to get my period, but it started out dark red, almost brown and very thick, but it thinned out and I woke up on Friday morning and now I'm not bleeding at all. Please help me, I have no idea why my period is so late and it just happened for 2 days. I really don't think I am pregnant because I use 2 forms of contraceptive and we check the condom every time. I currently just took a pregnancy test and it is negative. I'm just freaking out because my body just doesn't seem normal because of all this. My period always came at the right time before I used birth control.
