Did you tell people you had a miscarriage or did you keep it a secret and why?

I had to tell everyone in my Facebook friends list because I had announced my pregnancy on there already and didn't want people to ask about the pregnancy without knowing. I knew if I wasn't posting pregnancy updates my family/ close friends would ask. I thought I might as well just announce it so everyone knows at once and I don't have to keep repeating myself over and over.

I did not put anything out on social media bit I did tell our families and friends. I lost my baby at 12 weeks. I obviously told my parents, in laws, and my siblings. I told very few friends and coworkers that new I was pregnant. I asked one of my coworkers to tell the others so I didnt have to say anything. Otherwise, I dont really tell ppl. It isnt something I was to share with people.. however, there are times that it brings comfort talking about it. Ive realized that so many of us have experienced it but dont talk about it. Two weeks after I loat mine, my sister lost hers. It helped to talk about it.

We told very few people because we hadn't announced the pregnancy yet. Other than a couple people at work (in case I had a breakdown and needed to go home) It took me months to tell anyone who hadn't known I was pregnant. I needed time to deal with it before I could handle telling anyone. Still not very many people know
