So I know we are not supposed to take iboprofen , but I have slipped and taken it a few times so far in the 2nd trimester, first for a couple of terrible migraines and now because of my neck issues, I have 2 ruptured and 1 buldging discs in my neck and have been sleeping on my neck poorly due to all my other discomfort, so I woke up this morning and was in so much pain in my neck i took 400 mg or iboprofen because I need something to desperately reduce the swelling and didn't have an ice pack. I am just panicking and feeling guilty for taking this now. I read it's a huge no no In the first trimester and late third trimester as it can cause heart problems. So I know absolutely not to take in the third tri. Has anyone else ever done this and taken it on a rare occasion?
