i have never experienced spotting before! during this cycle i had ovulation pains for a WEEK when for me, the usually only last a few days. and now my tracker says i'm in pms, but two days ago and yesterday i had spotting ? that's not implantation bleeding is it? last time i got some he couldn't even finish because my period started right in the middle of our sesh 😂😂 im super paranoid but it just wondering if spotting is normal for ovulation or pms. please help!
