Hi,

this was my first c section and I wanted to know how long did you take for your swelling to go down? My feet and ankles are still very swollen. The doctors told me to walk around the house and the swelling will go down and it hasn't they just have gotten worst I can't move my little toes any more.

Also is it normal to lose 20 pounds in the first week of recovery?
