My exercise consists of running from my bed to the bathroom to either throw up or pee 😬 I envy you ladies who go to the gym throughout your pregnancies, you are super human.

Just walking. Couldn't make it more than 1.5 miles though. Felt too much pressure down there.

I walk and hike through my entire pregnancy with all of my pregnancies and I've felt fine. Lots of water and rest if it's really hot

Exercise is great especially late third trimester helps get baby into position and help with a smooth delivery😊

I was doing pretty normal exercise until about 34 weeks and then everything just got too uncomfortable. Now I walk a bit and that's usually it. Anything else is just too unpleasant at this point.

I had a session with my personal trainer the day before I gave birth. We did squats and sumo lifts and a bunch of other exercises

I was up untill this last week (currently 37 weeks). Now I'm finding walking is becoming very painful and pressure in pelvic area to the point I have to sit/sleep/rest for hours which is annoying and in so much pain 😭 
Just do what you feel comfortable doing. And rest lots
