How does one react to " oh your bellys starting to show !! " ....... I know my face became instantly red...... 😔

You should be excited! Usually when I get that comment it's because they're happy for me and/or excited for me.

My grandmother does not hesitate to say, "oh you're really getting big now," every time I see her 😅 but it does happen so I guess we all just have to get use to it, even if we don't want to hear it
