Can we eat sushi now?!!

I'm an exclusively breastfeeding mama, can we eat sushi? Or Are we still limited to only cooked sushi?

My doctor told me there are no food restrictions now. I'm only Breastfeeding as well. I've eaten sushi a few times now and my baby is almost 6 weeks.

I ate raw sushi my whole pregnancy so I'm going to say yes- go for it!

I'm from Asia and we are warned the same problem but we still eat it anyway knowing it's fresh and made properly. So go get some good sushi from good place and make sure to use wasabi which kills the bacteria so more the better. If you can't do wasabi eat the ginger that comes with it. It won't do like wasabi but it's something.

Can we eat sushi now?!!
