Update- I went to ER for bleeding they did an ultrasound and saw a heartbeat of 126 bpm I still didn't see a doctor the wait is soo long but should I worry ?!

Try not to stress! My doctor told me anything over 100bpm is a good sign. I bled early in my pregnancy and it was something called a subchronic hemorrhage. It was basically a blood cot that dissolved on its own. My doctor wasn't concerned at all. If you could talk to your doctor I'm sure they'd do an ultrasound to reassure you

Just wait it out for the doctor, I'm sorry you're going thru this ! The other poster saying you won't get any help is completely wrong and that is exactly what the ER is for, if they admit you, they look at you and treat you and determine what wrong ! I've gone to Er for
Spotting and the MD on call was kind and amazing !

Having a heart beat is all good signs, did they look at other things like the placenta ?

U will not get any answers at the er at all.  Ur lucky they checked u. Being pregnant Is not an emergency at all.  Even if u were misscarying as we speak. They confirm and send u home to complete the misscarige. The fact that u still have a heartbeat is good. Do a follow up with Ur obgyn and get the proper care and attention. Er will not offer this.
